Working in the non-profit sector for 40 years, Lisa Dinga is excited to bring her diverse philanthropic and nonprofit expertise to serve Grace & Valor and their clients.  In a previous volunteer role, she discovered her passion and desire to do more for the military and law enforcement communities.  After completing a needs assessment Dinga joined with 4 other founders to form Grace & Valor.

 

Dinga’s career has been dedicated to helping nonprofits grow in strategic vision, fundraising and leadership capacity.  After many years of volunteer work, she started with Youth In Need in 1999, where she established their development program, and their first planned giving program, securing grants, individual and corporate donations.  While running her own company, Paradigm Shift Studio (PSS), she used a strength based model to help local foundations, communities and nonprofits grow capacity through strategic planning, leadership development, community partnerships, and revenue enhancement programs.  Dinga was able to secure a $30 million dollar gift for a local educational foundation which helped grow their mission and created their foundation to support local schools and educational institutions
