About

Why?  Rooted in Community. Built on Purpose.

St. Louis has one of the most significant concentrations of military, veteran, and law enforcement communities in the nation. Generations of men and women who have worn a uniform -- federal, state, and local -- have shaped this region's character in profound ways. Yet behind the service records and the badges, many of these families carry a weight that rarely gets talked about: debt, financial stress, and the quiet struggle to make ends meet after years of sacrifice.

Grace & Valor was founded in May, 2026 by a group of five dedicated, generous women who, for over 75 years combined, have been supporting nonprofits as leaders, volunteers consultants and donors. Building on this expertise, we built an Executive Team,  Board and Advisory Board who together, will continue to meet needs -- directly, practically, and without red tape. Military, veteran, and law enforcement families deserve tangible support -- without income or geographic limitations. Someone in their corner when a bill cannot be paid, when a pantry runs low, when the transition out of service leaves a family scrambling, and when they just need a little breathing room to make things easier. Grace & Valor is that answer.
